Over-ordering materials and keep the said materials in the site storage for too long time can lead to damage, spoilage and pilfering. By referring to Q. S’s detail calculation quantities based on Construction Drawings or Shop Drawings, you can always prevent over-ordering material and can plan the required quantities of material in advance so that delivery is just on time during the required building stage.
